6 Week Mediterranean Cooking Course

Our Mediterranean cooking courses have been created to demystify home cooking for beginners and less confident cooks. We expose you to a wide variety of seasonal ingredients and gastronomic knowledge, that will empower you to become a confident cook and an informed consumer.
These every popular courses are practical, fun, social, un-intimidating and a wonderful opportunity to master the basics of home cooking. You will be left loaded with achievable ideas for colourful and healthy snacks, school and work lunches, weeknight dinners, and simple entertaining.
Each course runs over a six-week period. There is one class per week. You pick a time that suits your schedule. All classes run out of Elizabeth’s kitchen in Elwood, Melbourne.

Elizabeth's home kitchen at 15 Meredith Street, Elwood.
Classes are run weekly over six weeks.
Course 101 (absolute beginners)
Mondays - 6.30 to 9pm
Wednesdays - 10 to 12.30am
Saturdays - 11am to 1.30pm
COURSE 102 (a step above absolute beginner)
Tuesdays - 11am to 1.30pm
Wednesdays - 2.30 to 5pm
Thursdays - 6.30 to 9pm
