"I was looking to do some cooking classes and had no luck locally and so on further research found Elizabeth.
I looked at all the information and watched testimonials and knew I found what I was looking for.
I have never enjoyed something as much as I did doing the 6week beginner course.
I looked forward to each week and was so sad when it ended.
So much so I have done a casual class and I’m about to enrol in the next intermediate cooking class.
I travel to Melbourne from Barwon Heads and it’s so worth it.
The classes are informative and fun and you get to enjoy the food afterwards… with your fellow classmates .

"Before joining Elizabeth’s cookery classes, I largely avoided the kitchen. When I couldn’t avoid the kitchen, I stuck rigidly to recipes. In Elizabeth’s large and well-equipped kitchen, and with her patient and gentle encouragement, I now have much more confidence.
The classes are small and very enjoyable, with questions and feedback encouraged. I am now much better at tasting and flavouring food, and I have learnt so much about different ingredients and how to use them.
I am not a big foodie nor a big eater, but I really appreciate tasty and healthy food attractively presented.
I have also improved the equipment in my kitchen, and I now use items that were once stuffed into a cupboard (my food processor). Best of all, I can cook our garden produce with confidence, and I am far less intimidated by entertaining.
My daughter gently encouraged me to join Elizabeth’s class – the beginners’ course wasn’t available at that time, so I plunged into the Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat course. Since then, I have taken the Mediterranean course, and now I hope to take more classes.
I thoroughly recommend these classes to people of all ages and all stages in their lives."
